During our stay, the electricity went off three times. Each visit to the office to see what the problem was, resulted in the problem not being solved. But instead of the employees stating that someone had done a poor electrical wiring job, they blamed the visitors to the park. I was asked if I had turned everything on in my motor home. Told the clerk that I did not, and that everyone else close by was also without electricity. One camper, next to our site was told she could not use her AC and microwave at the same time. It would cause the electricity to go off in the whole park. Each time, the staff made it clear that it was the fault of the campers staying in the park that the electricity went off. When I asked for a partial refund of money, was told that wasn't gonna happen. Another problem was staff that did not know what they were doing. One man was suppose to direct campers in backing into sites. He had no clue how to do said job. He tried to put us into a site that was too narrow for our unit. The staff really needs to have some customer service training. There is no way that we will stay in this park again. And I have already made it known the problems we had on several Yahoo rv groups. If asked in the future for a recommendation for this park, there is no way.

This was not our first visit to this park. And that is how come we returned. Lady in office was fantastic and very nice. We had a very good visit. She was very helpful. Sites are nice, wide, long, and well cared for. The park is well cared for. We had no problems at all in the park. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice place to spend one or more nights. Sites were a good size, both for width and length. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they did have wi-fi, it was not working correctly. Clerk did say that it may or may work correctly and a repair man was suppose to be there the next day to correct the problem. The park was in very good shape.

The owners of the park are new to rv park ownership and want to give all their guests a pleasant experience. As we parked there in December, there was no water available at the sites. Park is very nice. The owners are fantastic. We will return. This park is located on the banks of the Snake River.
